SUWANNEE VALLEY SERIES
Quality is the same in all Live Oak Homes. Our Suwannee Valley Series is the basic home without all the bells and whistles that drive up cost. We add the things you want such as MAXIMUM INSULATION, THERMOPANE WINDOWS, 1 PIECE FIBERGLASS TUBS & SHOWERS, OVERHEAD VENTS, and DISHWASHERS (in most cases). Many of our competitors leave most of these out to keep the price lower... but the windows and insulation pay for themselves in a very short time and then become the "gift that keeps giving"
OAK SERIES
The Oak Series homes begin to offer a custom home feel. Typically they will have upgraded kitchens, crown molding, baseboards, garden tubs with separate showers, and can be ordered with a host of wall colors, cabinet colors, and styles.
We will often have the ENERGY STAR rating added to the Oak Series homes that we order. This upgrades to the best inert gas windows, insulation, water heaters, and include a programmable thermostat for the HVAC system.
You can order an Oak Series Home to your specification. They can be upgraded to 9' ceilings, tape & texture... just about whatever you want!
DELUXE DRYWALL (HPS) SERIES
These offer about the same painted wall look and feel as the tape and texture homes... without all the additional cost!! Pick your colors and make this your dream home. These also have a nice touch with added shiplap in the perfect places!
FREEDOM SERIES
The Freedom Series is Live Oak Homes top of the line offering. They are all custom homes with 2x6 outer wall studs, tape and texture interior walls with arches in many. You can select from a host of floor covering options. We order most as ENERGY STAR and our lot models typically are ordered in the 9' ceilings and with ceramic master showers. Many include wall ovens and flat top ranges. Come see for yourself!!
